Carmela Sammarco

Carmela Sammarco graduated at Ca’Foscari University of Venice with a thesis on the syntactic annotation of aphasic speech. She obtained her PhD at the University of Salerno, where she is currently an adjunct professor of General Linguistics and Educationa Linguistics. She deals with syntactic analysis of the spoken language, in particular of the verbless constructions and its implications in the theoretical and didactic field. She has also collaborated as a tutor in training courses for teachers within the project I Lincei per la scuola.
