Kim Grego

Biosketch
Kim Grego is Associate Professor of English Language and Translation at the University of Milan, where she teaches English Language and Linguistics. Her interests include Translation Studies, ESP (scientific, medical and political discourse), Critical Genre Analysis and Critical Discourse Studies applied to ethically debatable issues. She leads the University of Milan’s research unit of the “Age.Vol.A. – Ageing, Volunteers, Assistants – Multilingual tools for assisting the ageing” project, funded by Fondazione Cariplo (2018-2021). Her recent publications include: Ethical aspects in web marketing for seniors: A grid for linguistic analysis” in Languages, Cultures, Mediation, 2018 and “From ‘dying well’ to ‘inducing a good death’: euthanasia in the British press (1864-1949)” in Token, 2019.
