Abstract
The Ukrainian writer, after the events of Maidan and the subsequent Russian annexation of Crimea, returns to her childhood country to investigate her famil’s past. The story of the family microcosm, gives life to his first novel La meva Ucraïna, in which he traces the history of his country, a “land of blood”, torn in the past and present.
