Abstract
In the course of two interventions, Professor Ettore Cinnella will approach with a critical look the history of the formation of the Soviet regime in Western Europe and its development during the twentieth century. Starting from the history of the USSR, a reflection will therefore follow dedicated to the relations established between Russia and Ukraine and their development during the nineteenth century, up to the contextualization of the most recent armed conflict.
