The webinar "Representing violence: (meta)narratives - memories - commitments" being almost finished (Cf. the programme in the attached file), we are pleased to launch the call for an UE PhD university on the same subject that will be held in Tours, France, on 18th-23rd May.
This PhD training includes:
- a two-day doctoral conference (Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th May),
- a set of four methodological master classes by leading scholars (Wednesday 20th and Tuesday 21st May)
- a series of career trainings on fundraising, management of collaborative projects, scientific communication and cooperation with civil society organisations (Friday 22nd May)
- a cultural programme and networking activities followed by a final discussion on the next stage of the project in Spring 2027 and a closing dinner (Saturday 22nd May).
You will find enclosed the programme of this event which will be followed by a multilingual digital publication.
We would be delighted to see you among Salerno participants of the project. In order to apply, we would kindly ask you to send a short cover letter as well as a provisional title of your talk at the conference along with a brief summary (7-8 lines) to representerlaviolence@gmail.com .
